AQUA MAX (By POOL DC) equipment products are covered by a warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period for all AQUA MAX equipment products is 24 months, calculated from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers any defects in materials and workmanship on the product itself. It does not cover travel, installation, or labor costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of the product. All electrical components within the electrical terminal box are not covered in this warranty unless a surge protector is installed to protect the pump during loadshedding.

Sole Obligation of AQUA MAX and Distributors: In the event of a warranty claim, AQUA MAX or its authorized distributors have the sole obligation to the end user, and they have the following options:

Repair:
Repair: If any AQUA MAX product or parts are found to be defective in material or workmanship, AQUA MAX will repair the product or parts at no cost to the customer. We do not personally carry out the repair; we send the product to the manufacturer (Pool DC) to be repaired. Please factor in collection time and delivery to manufacturer, assessment will take approx. 2 to 5 working days and repair can be an additional 2 to 7 working days depending on the extent of the repair and stock availability of the spares. We will check on the the progress of the repair and keep you updated to ensure your pump is back in working condition.
Replacement or Credit: In unusual circumstances and at their discretion, AQUA MAX or its authorized distributors may choose to replace the defective product or issue a credit note at the original purchase price (excluding delivery/shipping costs) for the defective goods or parts. This option will be exercised within 7 days of the purchase date.

Surge Protector Recommendation: Due to load shedding, it is important to install a surge protector to the DB box to safeguard your AQUA MAX equipment from electrical surges and fluctuations.

Limitations and Exclusions: Please note that this warranty constitutes the entire warranty with respect to the goods and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty by distributors, salespersons, or fitness for a particular purpose.
