Order online and your parcel will be packed and ready to collect at our Freeway Park Collection Point.

How does click & collect work?

1. Shop online and select the PICK UP delivery method when you check out.
2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details.
3. You will receive an WHATSAPP to confirm that your order is ready for collection at your selected store.
4. The WHATSAPP MESSAGE will include a unique order COLLECTION ID OR BARCODE . To collect your order in-store, simply present your COLLECTION ID OR BARCODE at the designated store.

When can I collect my order?

Click And Collect orders are usually available within 2 to 3 HRS OF PLACING AND CONFIRMING ORDER ON-LINE for collection. You will receive an WHATSAPP MESSAGE when your order has been packed and is ready for COLLECTION.
